Building on the strength of an existing collaborative working
relationship, Anthony Styant-Browne of Anthony Styant-Browne Architect
and James Staughton of Staughton Architects have merged to form
Workshop Architecture, a cross generational architectural, interior
and urban design practice giving a vital balance of youth and experience.
Comprising a staff of 10 we have established a reputation for an
innovative, interactive design process for both public and private
sector clients where the design solution emerges from a shared vision.
We are committed to intelligent strategic design, to the principles
of environmental sustainability, to positive client and consultant
relationships and to the effective delivery of our projects. It
is on these principles that the mutual design and development aspirations
of each project are built. We are dedicated to a contemporary position
in architecture, along with a commitment to the craft of architecture
and how the well crafted building, resulting from the intelligent
and inventive use of materials, may embody the aspirations of each
individual project.
Our receipt to date, of 8no. RAIA Architecture Awards, a Silver
Award in the Japanese Commercial Design Awards, various industry
awards and recognition by the Architects Registration Board of Victoria
for excellence in the delivery of architectural services, are testament
to these qualities.
